First thing to do is to update OS X upgrading to version 10.6.6:

So it feels like the iPhone app store in iTunes. Here it
looks like! worst thing is that now apple is fully tracking us: you will have to use the iTunes’ Apple ID to buy
and download applications.

Everything looks like the same categories, the most
downloaded, most popular, etc. …

Now that you’re ready, Apple will scan all the mac to check what you own and the applications you’ve already install. Not being a fan of this kind of Big
Brother attitude, I will avoid the mac app store and will not even download 10.6.6., also i will always find a way to download poker games from the developers.
Too bad Apple wants to control it all.

Mac App Store is an adaptation of the iPhone app store for macs.

How will the Mac App Store deal with Poker?

The poker hand rub is that Apple does not validate gambling see
here. So we will end up on the Mac App Store with poker games
not solicitant tournaments earnings or cash games.

Apple taking 30% of sales generated on its online store, developers
of mac poker software applications will be able to put their games on the App
Store Mac if they wish. But the poker rooms will not
